Caregiver Support

Caregivers are a vital part of the healing process. Your presence, your effort, your love… it all matters. Sometimes, even with the best intentions, the ways one may try to protect or comfort their kids can accidentally keep them stuck.

Together, we’ll explore practical ways to support your child with more clarity, consistency, and compassion. This work is about being brave, curious, and willing to grow right alongside your child.

We will explore how to respond to your child’s emotional experiences in ways that build trust, connection, and resilience. Whether your child is just beginning to find their voice or is learning how to stand in their own power, therapy becomes a space to practice new ways of being, both for them and for you.

For teens, that often means learning how to navigate the messy, beautiful process of becoming more independent, while parents find new ways to stay connected without holding on too tightly. At the heart of it all, we’re creating a compassionate, courageous space where everyone feels seen, supported, and ready to take brave steps forward together.
