Individual Therapy

I offer virtual 50-minute individual therapy sessions designed to create a relational, human-centered space where all parts of you are seen and valued. I work with individuals across the lifespan — kids, teens, and adults — as well as parents navigating their own experiences.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Behavioral Activation, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Depending on what you need, our work may focus on building self-awareness, developing new ways of responding to old patterns, or strengthening your ability to stay grounded through discomfort.
